Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on EGG Platform ("EGG", "we", "us") or accessing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Services

EGG provides a cloud-based business management platform for UAE-based entrepreneurs, including features for:

• Product and service catalogue management
• Order tracking and management
• Customer relationship management (CRM)
• Invoice generation and payment processing
• Delivery partner coordination
• Email and calendar integrations
• Analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@myegg.ae if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Free Plan: Available indefinitely with limited features as described on our pricing page.
• Paid Plans: Billed monthly in AED. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Upgrades/Downgrades: Take effect at the next billing cycle.
• Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of initial payment if the service does not meet expectations. Contact support@myegg.ae.
• VAT: All prices are exclusive of UAE VAT (5%) where applicable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EGG to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods and services under UAE law.
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any financial crime.
• Violate any intellectual property rights.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
• Use automated bots or scrapers without written permission.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Your Data & Content

You retain full ownership of the data and content you upload to EGG (products, customer records, invoices, etc.). By using the platform, you grant EGG a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

7. Delivery & Third-Party Partners

EGG facilitates connections to delivery partners but is not responsible for the actions, delays, or failures of third-party delivery agencies. Disputes regarding delivery should be resolved directly with the relevant delivery partner. EGG is not liable for lost, damaged, or undelivered items.

8. Payment Processing

Payment processing is facilitated through third-party providers (Stripe, CCAvenue). EGG does not store full payment card details. Transaction disputes are subject to the terms of the respective payment processor. EGG charges a platform fee as described in your plan details.

9. Service Availability

We aim for 98% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. EGG is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, EGG's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Intellectual Property

The EGG platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by EGG and protected by UAE intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our platform or branding without written permission.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
